Jerrold Tarog just finished the script for ‘Quezon’, the the final film in ‘Heneral’ trilogy

We may still have to wait for a few more months or perhaps even a year before seeing the final film in the historical "Heneral Luna" trilogy. But According to its director, Jerrold Tarog, he already finished writing the script for the historical biopic about former President Manuel L. Quezon.

The third film, "Quezon" will take a different route from the first two films and be on comedy realms. The script is co-written by veteran playwright and theater director Rody Vera.

The biopic "Quezon" will be the final installment in TBA Studios' historical trilogy following "Heneral Luna" in 2015 and "Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral" in 2018.

As of writing, there's no official date yet for the film, and Tarog is still waiting for the script’s official approval.
