These hand-drawn nail decal stickers will make your quarantine nails extra pretty

When the pandemic came in like the wrecking ball that brought chaos everywhere, we had to learn to do self-care things at home because establishments offering these services were shut down. People worked out at home instead and bought their own equipment or followed instructional videos on YouTube. People opted to wear their hair long or learned how to snip and trim properly.

For those who loved getting their nails done, many had to be content with having solid-colored nails because nail art isn’t exactly a walk in the park. Well, not anymore! We’re about to tell you about an Instagram store selling nail decal stickers: Jelly Nail Stickers!

Nail art made easy

Jelly Nail Stickers are easy-to-apply, waterproof nail decal stickers that you can use on both bare and painted nails. The designs are all hand-drawn by the artist and owner, Kay Salgado, who shares the art she does on her own nails in her Instagram account.

In sharing her passion for doing her nail art, she wants to show that it can be easy, accessible, and so much fun for everyone else too!

How to use and where to buy

First and foremost, make sure your nails are free of oil and sebum. To do this, you can use what has been everyone’s best friend this pandemic, alcohol. From there, use tweezers to pick up the sticker from the sheet to position it on your nail. Press down firmly. It’s recommended that you paint a clear layer of top coat to seal the stickers once you’ve got them where you want them to be. And voila! You’ve done your very own nail art!
It’s super encouraged that you mix and match stickers, experiment with colored base coats, and simply have fun with them. They come in two-packs: the Basic B*tch, which has designs like rainbows, smileys, and different colored hearts, and the Hungry AF, which has cookies, sundae cones, pizza, and the winning duo of burgers and fries.

To order your own pack, simply message Jelly Nail Stickers’ Instagram! Don’t forget to follow the order form indicated in their story highlights!
