Moments Ayn Bernos made us say “Sana All” and believe in ourselves

Dec 9, 2022 0 comments

Let’s be real. We’ve all probably seen her on TikTok for the impromptu speeches she’s done absolutely well at and for the bite-sized English lessons she gave to make the language a little less intimidating for learners. But in case you don’t know her yet (which is impossible!), she’s ~just~ Rousanne Marie Bernos, 26, San Juan City! Kidding aside, Ayn is an English major who paved the way for English lessons on TikTok which in turn gave her over 2 million followers.

Ayn made the internet go wild just recently when she shocked us all with her participation in the latest Miss Universe Philippines. Always known to be a person who challenges colorism in the Philippines, she has been an inspiration to a lot of Filipino youth for taking accountability over her dreams and aspirations. So let’s take a gentle look back and peek through some of the times that Ayn has made us say “sana all” and pushed us to believe in ourselves more, simply by being who she is.

Camp Confidence Podcast

Ayn is a public speaker and a member of the Metro Manila Toastmasters Club. And aside from that, she hosts her own podcast too along with the serial entrepreneur Rizza Lana-Sebastian who is the CEO of Lana PH and Mink. On one of her Instagram posts, Ayn looked back to the time when she was just manifesting Camp Confidence. Always fond of writing in a journal, Ayn shared on her Instagram one of her pages where she wrote and illustrated where she currently was then (circa 2018), and where she sees herself to be in the future (which apparently, is now).

Summer Impromptu Speech

Another impromptu speech. 🥴😂🤘🏽 #toastmasters #publicspeaking Join us: message Metro Manila Toastmasters Club on FB for zoom deets

We’ve probably all seen it already as it has tens of thousands of likes on Facebook and much more on TikTok. But being the vlogger and content creator that she is, Ayn filmed herself during one of her Toastmaster’s sessions where she delivered an impromptu speech. And to be honest, it’s one of the reasons why MMTC has a lot of spectators these days! To give you an idea of why it garnered a lot of appreciation and hearts from the people, here’s its link! I bet when you listen to it you’d be in awe with the last line.

Miss Universe Philippines – San Juan City

Ayn is a content creator, TikTok superstar, public speaker, small business owner, and now, a beauty queen! People who know her are probably aware of how strongly she manifests about the things that she wants. Among that would be her podcast, the b-word, and now, this! She’s now one of the delegates of the Miss Universe Philippines 2021. She’s been posting pasarela videos on TikTok and even replying to bashers who comment on such posts, and little did we know, she was already preparing herself for the actual competition. #AynPeroWalk is now turned into reality! It’s road to #AynAngKorona now.

We’ve all probably thought our dreams are bigger than us and are far beyond our capacities. But Ayn has been a living proof that nothing is impossible for as long as you take that first step and follow it with the next, with a harder impact this time. So may Ayn serve as a reminder that anything is possible. That we are capable, only when we believe that we can. So take action and be accountable for your dreams now, and may the universe hear you and the stars finally align.
