#MarcosDuwag trends after Bongbong declines Presidential Interview

Is Bongbong Marcos afraid of the upcoming GMA News Jessica Soho presidential interviews?  


#MarcosDuwag is now #1 Trending on Twitter Philippines after presidential aspirant Bongbong Marcos declined to participate in GMA news' presidential interview, set to air on Saturday, January 22. According to 24OrasGMA on Twitter, Bongbong Marcos declined to show up for tomorrow's one-on-one interview with veteran journalist Jessica Soho. 


In a teaser for tomorrow's full program, Soho says they invited the 5 highest-ranking candidates, but only Lacson, Moreno, Pacquiao, and Robredo accepted. 


Earlier this month #Zoomicron a portmanteau of the words "ZOOM" and "Omicron" as Marcos also drew flak for not showing up during the Commission on Elections’ hearing on his own disqualification cases. His camp said he was too sick to even join via Zoom, as he had been exposed to two coronavirus cases. 

However, a week later, Marcos was seen attending the baptism of Liloan Mayor Christina Garcia-Frasco’s son. Fracso is the spokesperson of Marcos’ running mate, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio.
