The artist sees himself as an “Observer and critic,” and his artworks are reflections that portray various social events, personal experiences, spiritual beliefs, and twisted habits of the works of Bulacan-based artist JP Lopez. The presence of monochrome color and by putting different types of receipts as the background of his artworks to express emotions and experiences. 


𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐫𝐭?

All of my artworks are based on my own experience, the things that are familiar to me that I think have already happened to someone, and all things that are happening around me.


𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞?

Working on canvas, he uses different art materials such as oil and acrylic using heavy stroke brush, spray paints, and collage magazines into his paintings. The resulting works transform a simple scratch into uniquely expressive surrealism and cubism work of art.

Yes as an artist I have learned how to express myself as an individual and I can do what I want to convey using art.
