The ‘Pink Revolution’, A historical fashion show for VP Leni Robredo and Kiko Pangilinan runway was held at the Leni-Kiko Headquarters last May 4, 2022.

Eleven designers showcased their creations as part of a stand with Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Kiko Pangilinan in their running for President and Vice President in the National Elections this coming May 9, 2022. Designers such as Emanuel Riñoza, Kalvin Barrios, Mikayl Trinidad, Ulysses Caragayan, Vic Fajatin, Jan Fernandez, Arwin Meriales, Jas Hosena, John Jade Montecalvo, Raina Novales, and Jovanne Irenio served us looks that will make us gag!

Emanuel Riñoza

Emanuel Riñoza’s creation featured a sheer see-through blouse with ruffled lace cuffs and a big ruffled flower embellishment that emphasizes the message the outfit wants to give, our hearts go out for the Leni-Kiko tandem.

Kalvin Barrios

A simple take on traditional ball gowns graced the runway as designer Kalvin Barrios blessed us with a fuschia taffeta ball gown paired with gloves. Talk about class!

Mikayl Trinidad

Designer Mikayl Trinidad gave us a different style with this one, a hot pink colored denim trench raincoat with pants to match.

Ulysses Caragayan

Giving us Mother Nature vibes, designer Ulysses Caragayan’s creation entitled “The Last Bloom” is a sheer nude illusion with roses and petals embellishments all over the outfit.

Vic Fajatin

When it comes to class and a whole lot of sass, Vic Fajatin’s creation takes the bag with this black fitted dress with a pleated fuschia silk fabric that covers the breast up of the bodice.

Jan Fernandez

Jan Fernandez’s magenta striped dress makes us swoon because of its fashion forward attitude with its backless feature and further reinforced it with its minimal use of jewelry and embellishments.

Arwin Meriales

YAAAS! Arwin Meriales’ creation served us a look with a reveal. The first look is a green cape with two designs on each sleeve that resembles leaves, very fitting for Senator Kiko’s image and the second look is a fuschia pink pantsuit matched with a corset that screams superiority and attitude.

Jas Hosena

Baby pink it is! Jas Horena showcased a baby pink silk jumpsuit with chaps and pearl embellishments that made us feel in awe.

John Jade Montecalvo

Fashion take on the traditional Filipino rug is the main inspiration behind this look by designer John Jade Montecalvo. A nude pink bralette and fringed skirt with the message ‘LET LENI LEAD’ at the back of the skirt is what we signed up for! And made it more Filipino with the ‘tricycle and jeepney driver’ sleeves with ‘LENIKIKO’ imprinted on it.

Raina Novales

LBD but make it pink! This cute baby pink dress was made by designer Raina Novales, which made this look stronger was the flower embellishments on the stockings that made it look like it was really part of the skin.

Jovanne Irenio

Last one on our list is the elegant fuschia column gown by designer Jovanne Irenio, what made this look stand out was the two trains that flowed gracefully with each movement.

Our local fashion designers took a stand and made it work, flawlessly. Fashion Industry for Leni-Kiko, para sa kulay rosas na bukas!
