Patrick Starrr turns Liza Soberano into Miss Universe 2023

Liza Soberano can definitely take home the crown for the Philippines! 

In a vlog posted on Saturday, Jan. 14, Fil-Am beauty YouTuber Patrick Starrr transformed the actress in a makeup tutorial into “Miss Universe 2023,” and it's every Filipino pageant fan's fever dream.

“I want to channel Miss Universe as Liza Soberano today. I prepped her brows, and we’re gonna do a beautiful eye that captures the essence of Liza,” Patrick said at the start of the video.



While fans have expressed their desire to see Liza Soberano participate in beauty pageants such as Miss Universe, she has often stated that she has no plans.

"As much as I am flattered and grateful for all of your support and comments saying that I should give Miss Universe a try, I really don't think it is for me," the actress once clarified on her Instagram Stories.
