Alex Gonzaga and her lack of basic human decency

Alex Gonzaga just doesn't know when to stop. The 35-year-old actress recently celebrated her birthday, but it seems like age is just a number and that age alone does not determine one's level of basic human decency.
 
A video taken during her birthday party went viral after netizens online called out her rude behavior towards someone during her birthday party.
 
The video shows Alex singing and cheering with her guests while a waiter in front of her was holding a cake when suddenly, after blowing out the cake, she suddenly dabbed her fingers on it and tapped it on the waiter's forehead.
The behavior of social media influencer undeniably strikes the nerves of people online for some obvious reasons. It shows her lack of basic human decency and sensitivity toward people.
        

This is not the first time Alex has been under fire for her behavior toward other people. However, some people easily lay her off because she and her fans claim that that's just her being quirky and relatable. But even a kid knows when to stop. A kid knows that people deserve respect, especially those working and serving them. Until when will our society keep a blind eye over misbehaving adults just because they are famous?
 
Moreover, this situation opens another conversation, and that's on how we should treat our workforce. Our workforce plays a vital role in the success of our society. And giving them respect while as they do their job is basic human decency.
