Here's Francine perfectly executing the famous 'mata-mata acting'. In this scene, she is confronted by her least favored cousin who was so pissed off at her for stealing her best friends. For some reason, Chiara (Francine) is despised by her mother (Janice). In this scene, she won a math contest but her hard work was neglected by Leona (Janice). Out of pity, Mila (Janine) made her a mini cake but instead of being appreciative, it made her furious. If you have watched this scene, I know that your heart ached for Chiara. Francine's acting here is so good that although she acts like a brat, you still would want to give her a hug and pamper her. I swear, this scene would make you feel really bad.

Tonet (Xyriel) was mad at Chiara (Francine) for many reasons. First, Chiara didn't invite her to the party. Second, she always makes her feel inferior. Third, Chiara treats Tonet as if she is not a Fierro. And lastly, Chiara claims their grandma's mansion as theirs. These things made her sabotage Chiara's pool party. In this scene, Chiara is showing off her fangs to Tonet after learning that she is the reason why no one from her invitees attended the party. We can see Francine here fabulously embodying her character — sassy, fierce, and dead scary at some point.
Francine Diaz will definitely come a long way as an actress, there is no doubt about that.
