Now, their story is heading toward its final chapter — in a full-length movie that begins filming this summer!
Kit Connor and Joe Locke are returning not just as Nick and Charlie, but also as executive producers, Netflix announced. And yes — Alice Oseman, the creator of the original graphic novel and webcomic, is back to write the film, promising a heartfelt and faithful goodbye to a story that’s touched millions.
We’ve grown up with this series. It’s not just a teen romance — it’s a celebration of queer joy, friendship, identity, and all the quiet moments that make growing up feel so big.
