Golden Globe and BAFTA nominee Dolly De Leon continues to make waves in Hollywood as she joins the cast of Apple TV+’s upcoming dark comedy thriller Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed. Best known for her breakout performance in Triangle of Sadness and her role in Nine Perfect Strangers, De Leon will star alongside Emmy-winning actress Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law).
Created, written, and executive produced by David J. Rosen (Citadel), Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed is a half-hour series that blends dark humor with a gripping thriller narrative. The story centers on a newly divorced mom, played by Maslany, whose life takes a twisted turn into the world of blackmail, murder, and youth soccer. De Leon joins the main cast as Detective Sofia Gonzalez, a series regular.
“There’s nothing like the prospect of working with people whose work you admire—Hunters, Orphan Black, X-Men! I’m beyond excited!” said De Leon in an official statement.
