Thursday, April 23, 2020

If you’re an avid fan of Greek mythology books, movies or looking for Percy Jackson-alike series, you’ll be pleased to hear that Netflix has announced that it will release a series on Greek mythology called “Kaos.”

Charlie Covell, creator of The End of the F***ing World, will be working with Netflis to create the ten episodes of the new series. Also, rumor has it that the series will be an hour-long per episode. Sounds pretty cool, right?

Netflix described the new series as:

“This genre-bending series puts a modern twist on Greek and Roman mythology, exploring themes of gender politics, power and life in the underworld.”

The first episode will be about the history of Orpheus and Eurydice with a dark modern twist. It said that it will tackle issues of gender and politics in antiquity and in the Under World.
