There are a lot of artists who give their hearts and soul to bring music to the world, and this artist is no exception. He is unafraid to show his vulnerability and to infuse it into every music he plays. That is why he strives to be in the center stage where he rightfully belongs.

Step into the extraordinary world of Noah Alejandre, where passion, creativity, and sheer uniqueness breathe life into his captivating music. With unwavering commitment to his art, Noah, as an artist remains steadfast in forging a name for himself and becoming a beacon of hard work and determination for every aspiring artist in the country.

In an exclusive interview with Metroscene Profile, Noah opens up about his aspirations and unveils his captivating vision, journey, and plans for making it big and claiming the coveted center stage.

The beginning of Noah

Hailing from Ormoc City, Leyte, Noah Alejandre realized his passion for music at a very young age. But it was later he realized that it is something he wanted to pursue as a career. “I realized that I wanted to pursue a career in music full-time when I was 21 years old. I discovered my passion for music at a young age, but it wasn't until later that I realized I wanted to make it my life's work,” he said.

Looking back, Noah started as a member of the indie band "reon," which won the grand champion title in PhilPop Songwriting Competition in 2020, making him one of the youngest contenders to achieve the award.

Fastforward to this day, Noah is slowly but surely making waves in the music industry, with 2,292 followers on Instagram and over 1 Million monthly listeners on Spotify.

He is a true force to be reckoned with, as his smash hit "Nahuhulog Na Sa'yo" has already garnered almost 12 million streams on different platforms. And his newest single, “Entablado,” has almost a million streams.

Noah and his mission

Matched with his values of always being faithful to your artistic vision, Noah is a testament to a well-earned achievement. He works passionately on his craft and, at the same time, pours time into exploring something new.

As a musical visionary, Noah constantly pushes his craft's boundaries. His artistic style merges indie-pop with a dynamic modern vibe. But with his boundless imagination, he fearlessly explores a myriad of sounds and genres, ranging from rock and grunge to even punk, all while staying true to his distinctive style.

Out of his own sound and way of storytelling, Noah weaves, writes and produces his songs, exploring themes that resonate with the human experience—love, anxiety, and the uncertainties of life. He has a special affinity for melancholic concepts perfectly encapsulates his musical sensibilities. As they say, great artists think alike, and Noah finds inspiration in the works of Jeremy Zucker, Bruno Major, MARO, Cadence Floria, and Novo Amor too.

“All my recent songs start with vocals only with a notable line starting the song,” Noah shared as he shares his writing process. “From that specific line I work everything else from it. Usually that specific line starts as an initial idea that is sparked by a personal experience or emotion. From there, I experiment with different melodies, chord progressions, and lyrics until I create a finished piece that I am happy with,” he said.

Noah's music is a true delight for listeners, reflecting his emotions and personal experiences. Through his songs, he endeavors to breathe life into untold stories of love, anxiety, and doubt. His music becomes a vessel, giving voice to those who may struggle to express themselves freely, and stirring emotions that lie deep within the hearts of all who listen.

“With every note and every word, I strive to create a profound connection with my listeners, to weave together a tapestry of shared experience that transcends time and distance. I pour my heart and soul into every piece, with the hope that it will reach those who need it most and offer solace in the midst of life's chaotic storms.”

In a world where self-expression, Noah's music serves as an upshot of his authenticity. Most importantly, his songs encourage listeners to embrace their own emotions, to confront their fears and doubts, and to find solace in the knowledge that they are not alone in their struggles.

Noah is the artist that he can only be

In this very unpredictable and challenging industry, it takes courage, resilience and even luck to perform once on a big stage. But Noah is already taking his place on the stage and shows no signs of stopping. He is slowly climbing his way to the top of the local music scene and it a sight everyone should see.

Noah's music serves as a beacon of authenticity. It encourages listeners to embrace their own emotions, to confront their fears and doubts, and to find solace in the knowledge that they are not alone in their struggles.

For those young artists just starting out, my advice would be to stay committed to honing your craft, remain faithful to your artistic vision, and be unafraid to take risks and embrace new experiences,” he said.

In the shadow of doubts and fears, Noah has reminded us that the best show is no one but you, so you have got to show the world your story and what your talent can bring to this world.  As we conclude our conversation with Noah, he leaves us with a powerful reminder: in the grand show called life, we each have the ability to create our own stage.

“Remember that every artist has their own unique journey and style, so it's important not to compare yourself to others or become overly preoccupied with what others are creating. Focusing too much on the work of others can lead to self-doubt and stifle your own creativity. Instead, stay focused on your own artistic journey and let your passion guide you.”
